Real Estate Classes Coming Up

This series of real estate classes are available through BCCC’s Continuing Education Division to help brokers get started in the field or maintain their license. Real Estate Pre-License

This course covers the educational requirements for a provisional broker. Diane Lambeth will prepare students to pass the real estate license examination administered by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real estate laws. One class will begin February 27 and run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Another class will start on August 21. The class costs $180.

Broker in Charge Update

This is a class is required for all Brokers-in-Charge to maintain eligibility each license year. One class will take place April 10; another will take place May 8. The class costs $50.

Elective-Between the Lines

This course is required by the NC Real Estate Commission as continuing education. There are three $50 classes coming up: April 10, April 25 and May 8.

General Update

Another required $50 continuing education class for brokers, this class will take place on April 24.
