Join BCCC’s Health and Fitness Instructor, Ron Baldwin, for six weeks of gentle, supervised activities in our comfortable new exercise lab. During these sessions, students will develop their own exercise and fitness plan that can easily be replicated at home. We will use straps, exercise balls, gravity assisted exercises, light resistance training, inversion therapy, upper body ergometer, and cardio training to help students develop regular exercise habits. Designed to help you improve and maintain physical health and wellbeing, all of this takes place in a safe, guided, and professional environment. While on our campus, we hope you will become involved in our Beau-Fitt Program. Ron will provide the details. Please wear comfortable clothing.
