Good fresh seafood fried just right makes for a fine supper in Eastern NC. Stephen Tubaugh knows exactly how to make fish and shrimp that
are tender and crisp and delicious. He will teach students how to fry seafood in cast iron skillets in our kitchen so they may serve good meals
at home. Then we’ll all sit down to a summer feast:
