Folks just enjoy beautiful food more. Part of Valerie Jackson’s job is to present platters at catered events that engage the guests. Tonight she will share her style, and students will leave knowing how create charming and whimsical dishes to the delight of all who dine. Each student will receive a 5 piece garnishing set as part of the class. When they get home they can continue practicing garnishing skills.
