Everybody loves a pie. And once you have the knack for making a good crust then there is no limit to the fillings you can enjoy. Rachel will lead us to make sweet dessert pies and savory pies for brunches or suppers. We’ll enjoy quiche, a rustic gallette, and a custard pie. Each student will bake an apple pie to carry home! Coffee, tea, and cold milk will be just what we need when those pies come out of the oven.
