With Pathway to Excellence, you can start your four-year degree from UNC-Wilmington just up the road at BCCC.Earn your AA or AS from BCCC and receive guaranteed admission to UNC-W. Work toward a degree in business, marine biology, education, or coastal engineering.

We've got small class sizes, caring faculty, and we will save you over $10,000. Students with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 in transferable college level course work will be guaranteed admission to UNC-W.Continue similarly sized classes at UNC-W, where the student-faculty ratio is 18:1.

A Transfer Student Success Advisor will meet with students at Beaufort County Community College at intervals throughout each semester, working in collaboration with community college advising staff to help students create a path of transfer and beyond.
