Graduation
Students must apply for graduation one semester prior to the semester in which they expect to complete their program requirements. Prior to submitting the graduation application, students should meet with their advisor to ensure that they are eligible to graduate.
Information
To be eligible for graduation, a student must complete all prescribed courses for the curriculum. Students must have a minimum program grade point average (GPA) of 2.00. Grade point averages are calculated by dividing the total number of grade points earned by the total number of credit hours attempted. Courses used in this calculation are those completed at Beaufort County Community College that are listed in the student’s curriculum outline as minimum requirements and additional courses/substitutions approved by the appropriate lead instructor, Dean, and Vice President of Academics.
