Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
This is a 2 day, 16 hour, course that provides a basic understanding of lean practices. It is designed to show students how to work together in a team effort to improve performance and minimize waste and cut costs in the manufacturing process. The principles of waste elimination and variation control are used in a wide variety of manufacturing settings.
